Berry Head, early afternoon

1 grey seal on the north side on the way down into the quarry, and around 12 each of porpoise and common dolphin in the tide race off the end. Numbers were diffiicult to estimate as both species were feeding in small scattered groups. Birds off the end included a few gannets, guillemots and fulmars (also back on nesting ledges) and 7 common scoters flew out of the bay.
