Torbay Hospital Car Park - 30.8.18

Found this beautiful lady, a female Southern Hawker, laying on her back in the car park at Torbay Hospital. She'd obviously come out worse in the fight between her and the wasp wrapped around her head! The wasp flew off and my wife snapped these pics on her phone before I put the Dragonfly on a nearby branch.

Unfortunately it was still there when I came back 2 hours later - probably mortally wounded.
