We are back in Lockdown, all sightings posts from observers should only be in their very local area (town, village or part of city). Any posts where the observer is obviously travelling distances to other sites will be deleted, Devon Birds will not edit these posts.

Harbour Porpoise (I think) @ Brixham Breakwater

What I think is a Harbour Porpoise, the only shot I got of two as they swam by close to the Breakwater @ Brixham approx. 11.30am, The seal also made an appearance.

Saturday 8th April 2017

East Soar

Humpback Whale breached way off  Bolt Head at 11:10hrs. First sightings of Wall Brown & Small Copper. Birdwise: 13 Gannets offshore, 31 Swallows in off the sea & migrant Grey Wagtail at the farm.
