Bowling Green/Topsham

This am: 34 Little Egrets, Spotted Redshank, Green Sandpiper, Whimbrel and 2 Med Gulls. Also, Grey Plover on the Clyst. [per Gordon Youdale]

Autumn underway at Black Hole Marsh

A quick look at Black Hole Marsh this morning revealed six Black-tailed Godwits, five Common Sandpipers, three Dunlin, two Green Sandpipers, one Common Gull and one Whimbrel. No sign of last week’s Osprey.
