Berry Head

Seawatch 0800-1200. Very poor for seabird passage with just 6 Balearic Shearwaters, 2 Arctic Skuas, Red-throated Diver and c200 Kittiwakes. On the horizon hundreds of seabirds and two large pelagic trawlers (Wiron 5 & 6) hoovering up in outer Lyme Bay!

But the highlight was 6+ White-beaked Dolphins, feeding and playing at mid-long range from 0845-1130, after which they headed south. Quite rare to see off Berry head and get such prolonged views (photos are full crops).
