Bowling green marsh

Watched from 16:45 till 18:10 from the hide 

after a great week in Rome it was good  to get back to local patch be it brief, the spoonbill spent most of its time a sleep, whilst a juv little stint was very active showing well, 2 curlew sandpiper( 1 adult, 1 juv) were in with 120+ dunlin, 2 spotted redshanks( 1 adult, 1 juv ), 1 ruff, 60+ wigeon, 30+ greenshanks, 4 ringed plover(2 adult, 2 juv), 40+ little egrets, good numbers of redshank and black tailed godwits, 1 sedge warbler.
