Lyme bay Pelagic

A good range of species on last night's trip: 10+ Great Skuas, 8+ Arctic Skuas, 100+ Balearic Shearwaters, hundreds of feeding Manx Shearwaters, 2 Fulmar, 12 Guillemots, 15+ Kittiwake, 1 Common Tern. Being able to motor right into the feeding areas was a fantastic experience, unfortunately the natural food sources (and plenty of it by the numbers of birds out there) meant the chumming only really attracted hundreds of mostly Herring Gulls with a couple of Balearics investigating.

Next week's trip if fully booked but there are still places left on the 14th Sept - potentially the best period for seabirds! See link below for booking details..
