Around the Axe

Lots of flood wader about this morning to check - but tried to cover most of it.  The Police have closed the A3052 too which made it a lot more of an effort than it usually is!

Black Hole Marsh: Not a single wader on the marsh, but a Green Sand flew over.

Colyford Marsh: Two Wood Sandpipers still present, along with a Greenshank.

Flood opposite Axmouth FC: Singles of Ruff, Curlew Sandpiper (new in) and Yellow Wagtail, with 21 Wigeon.

River Axe: 51 Black-tailed Godwits and a Knot.

Seaton Beach: A single Ringed Plover.
