South Huish - Scrape Reinstatement

The scrapes at South Huish were inspected with the contractor today, 16 August. The contractor confirmed that the ground is sufficiently dry to bring in his plant next week, with work scheduled to start on 23 August.  He expects to take about a week to clear the vegetation from around the scrapes.  If all goes to plan, we will divert water back into the scrapes at the end of August.  The scrapes will take at least a few days to refill, depending on the weather.
