Berry Head 07:00am to 11:00am

Seawatching on a bright sunny day with an offshore wind and good  visibility may not, on the face of it, seem a very clever thing to do, but it was good for Balearic Shearwaters. About 100 were seen, including one mob of more than 40 heading east out of the bay. Also Manx Shearwater (6). There were six Wheatears in the quarry, as well as Clouded Yellows and Hummingbird Hawk Moth.
