Plym Estuary & Saltram

At about 2.10pm, alerted by Russ Enyon, I watched an Osprey from my garden, working its way down river. It disappeared from view over the Cattewater.

An evening visit to the Plym produced very little but bizzarly, after Saturday's yellow-legged bird, a tail-less adult amongst the (5) Common Sandpipers. Also a Kingfisher.and a party of 7 Mistle Thrushes including at leat 5 juvs.

Very quiet at Wembury Bay this morning.
