Hope's Nose

   0620-1500  [Only rained 0730-1350 ! ]  Single observer, very wet, and very little close, but don't think I missed much, so interesting to see how much more Berry Head got compared to Hope's Nose on todays' wind.

   Great Skua                            5       only

   Arctic Skua                            5       only

   Pomarine Skua                       3      inc. a spooned sub-adult which sat on sea

   Long-tailed Skua                     1      dark juv. at 0653

   Arctic Tern                              1     juv.

   Black Tern                               1    ad.


     On a completely different tangent, on a single buddleia yesterday near the Globe Inn, Lympstone,

   one Clouded Yellow, 3 Painted Lady, 15 Small Tortoiseshell, 3 Red Admiral, and 1 Peacock.
