Wembury

A slightly weird morning. First off, out of the corner of my eye I saw what appeared to be a Phyllosc or Wren dive into a bramble bush but on closer inspection it turned out to be a Convolvulous Hawk moth - first for Wembury? Then a Snipe dropped onto the rocks - really only a cold weather winter species here. Finally, later in the day, a Wheatear seemed to arrive in off from the south. Also 2/3 Common Sand and plenty of Whimbrel.
