Rillage Point to Widmouth Head

Not as exciting as seawatching on the south coast – or tern watching at the Skern for that matter – but a short visit this morning saw seabirds passing W having probably been driven up the Bristol Channel by yesterday's stormy weather. 74 Gannets, 109 Manx Shearwaters, 12 Common Terns, and 3 Common Scoters (with two more feeding quite close to shore in Hele Bay).
