Bowling Green Marsh this morning gave three Green Sandpiper on the scrape to the right of the hide.

From the viewing platform 10 plus Dunlin and 50 plus Redshank, one Greenshank,  at the gate a male Blackcap singing well, a second bird flew through but was lost in the cover.

From the Goat Walk plenty of birdlife with 50 plus Dunlin, a similar number of Black Tailed Godwits, lots of young Shellduck, Curlew, Redshank and singles of Ringed Plover and Sanderling.

From Exton Station distant views of an un ringed Osprey eating a fish while perched on a post in  the river, also close by a very small Seal.
