Exe Powderham to Turf

During the WeBs count this morning there were 4 common sandpipers on the sea wall and a single golden plover on the shore. Single golden plovers are always worth checking and this one looked slim, fine billed and with an obvious supercilium. However when it raised its wing the underwing was white. An osprey was on top of one of the pylons on the marshes eating a fish.
