Very little to see on the DWT reserve at Heathfield this morning a few Stonechat, Swift and Swallow.

Onto Yarner which produced three Spotted Flycatcher and a calling Wood Warbler the full leaf canopy is making woodland birding that much harder but Pied Flycatcher, Song Thrush, Redstart, Wren, GSWP, Jay all seen and a Cuckoo calling in the top of the wood towards the top car parks.

Beyond Hay Tor good views of a Cuckoo and Meadow Pipits that were trying to drive it away.

Around Challacombe male Whinchat, Wheatear, Meadow Pipit, Skylark, four Redstart, Pied and Grey Wagtail Dunnock, Wren, Reed Bunting, Swift, Swallow, House Martin, Buzzard and Heron.
