Staddon Heights

Paul kemp and I watched a Red Kite drift north at 12.55 over the range wall and out of view. Also 25+ Swifts and a handful of Whitethroats.

Yesterday despite an ealy start, little of note at Soar - just a family of Mistle Thrushes, 4+ Stock Doves, a Yellow Wagatail heard overhead and 4 or 5 Sedge Warblers. South Huish added 6 summer plummaged Dunlins and a Whimbrel - on the beach.
