Berry Hd

A very quiet morning for migrants, the only highlights being; a single Great Northern Diver in sum plum over the headland at 0725hrs and a late Tree Pipit dropped onto the end of the headland briefly, 8 swallows >N. Numbers of Whitethroat are well down on the last 3 years with just 4 singing males and no Stonechats on the headland this year. The Chiffchaff with the odd song is still on territory along the road from the wardens bungalow to the Berry Head Hotel.
