Only 2 Chiffchaffs in the reserve today. However, the pond is proving an attraction: 2 Little Grebes, 4 Gadwall, 4 Mallard 2 Moorhens and a Coot, along with the Canada Geese pair taking over the island.

The incredibly tatty female Marsh Harrier was again at Sherpa Marsh and circled up and back over the reserve before departing west towards Saunton.
