Sherpa Marsh

An evening stroll to the ponds was rewarded with about 50 Sand Martins hawking over the water and fields, but no Swallows. The Sand Martins weren't the only brown-and-white birds though - there were 6 Common Sandpipers which weren't there this morning. Forgot to mention that the first brood of 10 Mallard ducklings were in reeds at Sherpa this morning.
