Disappointing numbers of migrants in the reserve today: 3/4 singing Chiffs, one singing Willow Warbler (and another by Wrafton Pond) and one Blackcap. However it was warm enough for more butterflies today: first Comma and Orangetip, and a few Speckled Wood along with Small Tortoiseshell and Peacock. Good numbers of Sand Martins over.
