Northam Burrows/Skern

A few more waders around than there have been recently on the Skern. 2 Bar-tailed Godwit, 1 Whimbrel, 6 Ringed Plover and around 50 breeding plumage Dunlin. Also 3 White Wagtail on the salt marsh, but the best bird was a Little Tern.

Very few Passerines in the remaining scrub on the Burrows following the Natural England 'Initiave' to remove most of the brambles and scrub where Linnets and warblers bred. However I had 6 Sedge Warblers and 2 Grasshopper Warblers, 1 of which was reeling quite prominently.
