East Soar & South Huish

An early walk at Soar was quietish, but had a few nice brids. 2 female Ring Ousel's in the under cliffs, one below Bolt Head and one by Goat Rock. 5 Wheatears, 11 Chiffchaff, 2 Blackcaps, 1 Willow Warbler and a steady trickle of Swallows, 54 by the time I left at 1220.

A look at South Huish included good views of the adult Pectoral Sandpiper and a 1st Summer Glaucous Gull.

Also a good number of Peacocks and Small Tortoiseshell's.
