Otter Scrapes & Budleigh Golf Course

A pretty impressive day for the local patch today. It started with a Firecrest in one of the thick hedgerows on the Otter and was followed at about 10.05hrs by a brief Osprey along the cliffs by the golf course being harrassed by gulls before vanishing into the murk and mist! Best of all though was a cracking adult Spoonbill on the scrapes this evening at 18.15hrs for 5 minutes - a 1st for me here! Went back for my camera and the bird had gone - though did manage a dodgy phone scoped record!
