Ring Ouzels ~ Haytor Down

The Ring Ouzels recently reported at Haytor Down are still present, three birds seen, they are feeding on occassion in a rough cattle field to the lowerside of the road row of mature Beech tree's on one side of the field running away from the road.

Male Kestel very evident hunting in the same area, hovering on the very strong winds.

Single Wheatear coming very close within 10 yards very inquisitive.

Reasonable number of Meadow Pippits also in the same area.
