Slapton and Chivelstone

Had a great morning at Slapton, Ring necked duck, a little grebe and 5 pochard Torcross end. Near the bridge great views of a swallow and a sand martin flying around together also lots of chiffchaffs much more than I have seen in recent weeks. Heard several Cetti's warblers and got the odd glimpse of one. On to South Pool to try and see the cattle egrets. Rob Murphy spotted them with his magnificent scope in the distance at Chivestone. We made it 11 of them.
