Occombe

Spring has arrived at Occombe, a pair of Long-tailed Tits were gathering nesting material, whilst a pair of Blue Tits were feeding youngsters, plus the 1st Chiffchaffs have arrived at Occombe (saw & heard 2). Plenty else to see and hear this morning: Treecreeper, 2 Jays, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, Pied Wagtail, 2 Buzzards, Kestrel, Bullfinch, Greenfinch, pair of Goldfinches, 2 Collared Doves, Song Thrush, 2 male & female Pheasants, plus plenty of Wrens, House Sparrows and Great Tits. Just a reminder that winter isn't done yet there were still 3 Redwings on site. Also spotted a Roebuck, in moult.
