Darts Farm, Topsham.

A nice Water Rail showing well in front of hide and flooded fields held plenty of birds including 5 Pintail, 9 Shoveler, 6 Snipe, 1 Golden Plover. 2 Greenshank, 1 Bar-wit, 94 Lapwing, 1 Ruff, 1 Green Sandpiper and a Kingfisher among others. (Thanks to Clive W for sharing the experience).  Having not been here for a few weeks I was surprised to find that the fishing lakes have been enclosed by a high fence presumably to keep animal predators out.
