Around Braunton

Great Fields: large flocks of fieldfares, redwings, starlings, lapwing and golden plover. Also linnets, mipits and skylarks.

Horsey Island: 1 spoonbill, grey plover, large flocks of dunlin containing 2 knot and 5 sanderling, redshank, curlew and shelduck.

Sherpa Marsh: shoveler, teal, wigeon and a flock of Canada geese with the Tundra Bean Goose.

Wrafton pond: pochard, gadwall, tufted duck and wigeon on the pond. On the scrape there was a greenshank and a large mixed flock of curlew and lapwing.
