Wembury

Quiet walk along the coastal footpath today, a singing chiffchaff busily catching flies the only summer migrant. A pair of shelduck, 2 pairs of Canada geese, 3 little egrets, a grey heron and a male yellowhammer the other highlights.

A quick look at the River Plym from Laira Bridge on the return home and a female goosander, 8 little egrets, a curlew, a singing chiffchaff and 8 Canada geese seen.
