Badgers Halt, Dartmoor

Badgers Halt, Dartmoor, despite the large number of visitors six or seven Yellow Hammers showing well mid-afternoon, males in a range of plumage as they colour up. Marsh and Long Tailed Tits, Nuthatch and the usual species present.

Dipper seen on the River Dart just above Holne Bridge and on the other side of Ashburton at Gages Mill a Kestrel flew over the roadside hedge.
