Berry Head

A mid morning visit to Berryhead in rather murky misty conditions, overlooking the hide a small number of Chiffchaff and one male Stonechat, hen Sparrowhawk suddenly burst through the scrub after a Chiffchaff and a few minutes later broke out and flew across the scrub scattering small birds from the cover. Two Wheatears resting towards the headland with a Goldfinch and a flock of Meadow Pipits spooked by the Sparrowhawk flew back in. Nice to watch the Fulmars, good number of Great Black Backed Gulls present.
