Fremington Pill

The Spotted Red was still there this morning but the rising tide drove it to roost on the railings with 75 Common Redshank, 2 Greenshank and 1 Common Sandpiper. In the seaweed there were 9 Snipe. Also present was 1 Little Egret.
The highlight for me was 10 Shelduck squabbling over partners in mid stream.
Pics taken with a 600mm Astroscope used as a prime lens plus a 1.4x tc (a poor man's 600mm lens).
