Northam Burrows

Lovely day's birding, numerous lapwing, redshank, curlew on the marshes. Lots of pied wagtails on the stones with close veiws of curlews on the golf course. Highlights were six stonechats, two pairs plus two single males plus one Snow Bunting by the pool. Nice end to the day with three or four thousand starlings going to roost under Bideford old bridge.
