22 snipe, 200+ black tailed godwit, kingfisher, 2 red breasted mergansers, 8+ common gull

Topsham quay 10:45 till 11:15

the female long tailed duck showed very well down to about 15 feet at times also 4+ red breasted mergansers.

bowling green marsh 12:00 till 14:50

2 water rail, 70+ snipe, 16 grey plover my highest count on the marsh, 200+ bar tailed godwits, 800+ black tailed godwits,  114+ dunlin, 4 knot, 106+ lapwing, 1 pochard, 1 male pintail, 300+ wigeon , 12+ shoveler, 4 gadwall, 100+ teal, Cetti's warbler, chiffchaffs, 4 goldcrests, 2 bullfinch, kestrel , sparrowhawk, peregrine, 19+ redwing, 2 tufted duck
