The Firecrest is still around showing well by the railway bridge at the top of bowling green road with goldcrests and coal tits also 1 blackcap.

then watched from the goatwalk 630+ avocet was a very good count for November ( only 466+ yesterday so big increase over night) , 40+ grey plover, 4 red breasted mergansers.

then into the viewing platform at bowling green marsh , a kingfisher showed well and the spotted redshank was to the right of the viewing platform , excellent numbers of dunlin with 3000+ and another 10+ avocet, 5+ jay.

then from the hide at bowling green marsh , 13 pintail , 60+ lapwing , 594+ wigeon 65+ shoveler, 10+ snipe, 800+ black tailed godwits, 32 bar tailed godwits, 380+ dunlin, 1 grey plover, 6+ curlew, 1 sparrowhawk, only 113+ avocet came in over the high tide, 2 buzzard, 1 sparrowhawk.
