Hope's Nose this afternoon

A great northern diver was in the bay on the north side. Nothing unusual on the sewer - just one common gull among the herring and black headed gulls, and a pair of stonechats on brambles on the edge of the quarry. A red admiral basking by the road at the top was a bit of a surprise in the cool dull weather.
