Darts Farm & Bowling Green Marsh

Very little to be seen at Darts farm two good sized flocks of Linnets as we drove in, a pair of Stonechat showing well by the track on Sunflower stalks, but from the hide nothing to have made the trip worthwhile.

BMG saved the day, larger numbers of Wigeon all over the marsh and lots flighting in, good numbers of Dunlin, Godwits, Avocet, a few Lapwing, four Greenshank, large straggling flock of Canadian Geese flew including the white headed bird, Pintail and Shoveller ducks in good view, small numbers of T, on leaving a small number of Brent Geese flew over.
