Broadsands

The Yellow-browed Warbler reported by  others over past couple of days was showing and calling again mid morning by the stream at rear corner of the first car park, together with 3-4 Chiffchaffs and 3 Goldcrests. Discussed with ML the  extensive  cutting back of stream side bushes  which has taken place particularly on the south aspect. This is part of a  management plan by Countryside Trust designed to improve phragmites growth and stream side  habitat.
