South Efford Marsh & Starehole Bottom

Afternoon visit to South Efford where the Lesser Yellowlegs, and a single Greenshank, were showing well together in the flooded meadow from 'Eric's bench'.

Above Starehole late afternoon was a late Whinchat, was unexpected. There was one in almost the same location (could it be the same bird?) eight days ago, which I thought was late then. In the valley, just on sunset, was a 1st winter male Ring Ouzel.
