Orcombe Point

Richard's Pipit Found by Dave Stone and understandably first reported as a possible. I was working from home so though "I've got to have a quick look". I got there around 12:40 and searched the top fields and noted c50 Meadow Pipits. Walked through the field with the electric fence (permissive path from Gore Lane to coastal path) and hadn't got far when I flushed 12 Pipits. Heard Meadow Pipit calls and the unmistakable Richard's Pipit call. Managed to get very brief flight views of the bird (which was obviously larger than the Meadow Pipits) it headed off towards Bristol School Camp. I had another search later on in the afternoon (3:00 - 3:45) but couldn't relocate the bird.
