Sat 30th Sept - Decided to have a quick run out after the rain threatened to ease in Plymouth after a Humming Bird Hawk Moth was on the wing in the garden. Nice Juvenile Wheatear at South Huish in almost Isabelline pose, and several swallows heading west over Slapton after the morning showers had passed. 19 restless Common Scoter off the shore with some Gannets feeding close in and the Yellow Horned poppies looked refreshed after the rain.
