Berry Head

Dense fog, ENE f. 2  0815 1000

Despite all the Black redstarts elsewhere, only one found it's way to the 'Head', and was found by the coastguard station. Singles of Curlew, Lapwing and Redpoll heard going over while down in the quarry was a Firecrest. Plenty of Redwing here also but the fog made any sort of count difficult, perhaps 150+, numbers even exceeding the amount of dogs.
