Stover CP and South Brent

A walk around Stover Country park this morning, good numbers of Tufted duck, Coot and Black Headed Gull, two female Pochard, three Mandarin duck (2M & 1F) and a Little Grebe.

Around the feeder at the viewing platform predominantly Great Tits, with a few Coal and Blue Tits, two Nuthatch, Robin and Chaffinch.

A Marsh Tit by the bridge at the top of the lake.

On the way home a large flock of "Thrushes" seen dropping into a field near Dean Prior, I suspect Redwings.

Back home at South Brent a Buzzard soaring on the strong winds being mobbed by a Herring Gull, around the feeders, female Bullfinch, Pied Wagtail, Long Tailed Tit, The Sparrow Sp of undetermined origin, Nuthatch, Greenfinch, Dunnock and numerous Goldfinch.
