The 2 Firecrests showed well along Madeira Walk behind the cricket club this morning, with a Chiffchaff towards the Ocean complex. 2+ Purple Sandpipers appeared on Maer Rocks as the tide dropped and before becoming covered by people and dogs. A female Goldeneye was off Shelly Beach. The Little Grebe was still in the marina basin. A Slavonian Grebe was off West Lodge this afternoon with 3 more Goldeneye. Birding was a struggle in the awful weather!
