Aylesbeare Common

The Great Grey Shrike showed very well at 1530hrs, firstly on the jagged stump of the old pine, west of the entrance track gate, moving even closer to the main track showing down to 100yards. Earlier it had been flushed by walkers and was seen to fly off high towards Colaton Raleigh Common. Presumably it had a change of heart and circled back round to its favoured position!
