Exmoor coast

I took a look at the seabird colony at Heddons Mouth/ Highveer point today.

Guillemots and Razorbills all gone (apart from one pair), but Kittiwakes still in full swing

I took a couple of photos of the smaller colony. In one pic there are 33 adults and 15 chicks, and in another (a different area) there are 32 adults and 16 chicks.

Unfortunately my pics of the larger colony were blurred because the sea was too lively.

Also three 'pipping' (and mobbing) Oystercatchers along the Exmoor coast, so juveniles nearby.
