East Devon

Ringed Dartford Warbler photographed yesterday on the East Devon commons left leg pale green over white and right leg yellow over its BTO ring, no doubt someone in DB's will be the ringer.

Four possibly five Dartford Warblers seen, Skylark, Linnet, Stonechat, Meadow Pipit, Green and Goldfinch and good views of a Green Woodpecker in flight.

An evening walk along the Bala Brook above South Brent gave three Cuckoo, numerous Yellow Hammer, Meadow Pipit and Stonechat. Several Swallow, Four Mistle Thrush and a Song Thrush with a beak of worms.
