Occombe, Preston, Paignton

Expecting a quiet morning was delighted with what I saw and heard: 2 adult Kestrels, one with a kill and took towards the nest site. Adult & juvenile Buzzards calling, Green Woodpecker, 3 Chiffchaffs as well as plenty of young attempting their calls, a large flock of Long-tailed Tits with others mixed amongst them, 3 Wrens, Jay, and my 1st sight of a Whitethroat at Occombe this year. Also, encountered a very young Roe deer.
